Purpose of the post

The Research Assistant will be responsible to, and work closely with, the Principal Investigator and study team members to coordinate research projects under This position is to provide administrative support as a Research Assistant to Prof Zhang Cuilin, Director of the Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health, NUS School of Medicine. Job Scopes:

• Assist to handle partial accounts, ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Data entry of transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers & cheques.
• Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Liaise with vendors.
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE cert in Accounting
• Relevant experience in Accounting.
• Familiar in AP / AR / GL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words.
