Location: Central
Job Description
Assist payroll team in preparing payroll for employees
Attend to phone calls or visitors at reception
Provide good customer service
Sort and file invoices and employees’ timesheets
Maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation
Order and maintain office supplies (stationery, pantry etc.)
Perform any adhoc admin duty
Requirements
No experience can apply, training provided
Minimum GCE N’ Level
Experience in Payroll would be advantageous
Hardworking and proactive
