Imperial College London and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) are seeking an Assistant Programme Director for the Imperial/NTU CYber Protection for HEalthcaRe (IN-CYPHER) research programme on the cybersecurity of connected medical devices and systems. The research programme represents a collaboration between the United Kingdom and Singapore and will be based at the newly established Imperial Global Singapore (IGS) as National Research Foundations Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE) located on the campus of the National University of Singapore. Shooting School in the Jurong East is looking for a Customer Service cum Office Admin person.

Off days on weekdays. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Can work from home during the weekdays ...going to office 1 to 2 times for meeting or reporting

Weekend need to be stationed at Safra Tampines/Yishun where the training ground is.

Job involves arranging for course dates with customers, signing up packages etc.

While working from home will be involved in contacting customers and arranging for training schedule , replying inquiries from customers and etc

• Build a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans the entire 360 marketing funnel and effectively engages in our target segments.
• Lead content creation across a variety of formats, including blogs, videos, emails, social posts, sales materials, ad copy and website content.
• Adapt content and messaging across channels (videos, infographics, articles, newsletters) etc. to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
• Identify, evaluate and implement content opportunities.
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase engagement.
• Oversee the integration of content activities within marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of digital banner ads, social media ads, SEM ads including image choice and copy writing.
• Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related communications field
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Marketing, Ecommerce and/or in FMCG industry with proven work experience in content marketing and copywriting.
• Highly fluent in written and conversational English and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
• The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment, to process new information on the go and translate that into customer-friendly language.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
• Project management skills to manage campaigns and requirements of internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.

Earn up to $3,000 monthly (Salary + Commission + Additional Incentive)

• Providing hair/scalp treatment services to clients
• Update Sales Consultant of customers' scalp and hair condition and follow up

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is experienced and well versed in office and IT administration including liaising with external stakeholders on office management, residences maintenance and facilitating IT related supporting services. This role is for maternity cover of 8 months from 1 June 2024 to 31 Jan 2025.

Duties & Responsibilities:

ADMINSTRATION FUNCTION

· Liaise with service providers on maintenance and repair works at office and residences

· Liaise with office building management on office facilities

· Maintain inventory lists, property database

· Procurement and administration of office equipment, supplies and services

· Administration of newspapers and magazine subscriptions

· Processing of expenses

· Other ad hoc admin duties

IT FUNCTION

· Primary contact for IT support

· Procurement of local IT equipment

· Responsible for IT facilities in meeting room

· Primary contact for Wi-Fi network issues at office and Ambassador’s residence

· Software updates of UM & non-UM laptops/PCs

· Manage power shutdown at the office

· Administration of broadband, phone and IT Software subscriptions

· Maintain inventory list for IT equipment and secured phones

Competencies:

· Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in corporate management or past administrative roles is preferred

· Experience with working in an embassy environment is an advantage but not a requirement

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

· Possesses an analytical mind and good problem solving skills

· Excellent organisational skills and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment
