• be responsible for the preparation of routine and ad-hoc accounting reports and schedules for our clients and other external parties, including preparation of annual financial statements;

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, SCA and ICAEW schemes

· Preferably with 1 to 3 years accounting/audit work experience in an accounting firm

· Proactive, committed and a team player

Duties:

· Responsible for ensuring that customers receive prompt, safe and effective medication therapy

· Reviews medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy including, but not limited to, contraindications, allergies, dose, route, frequency, duplicate therapy and formulary status.

· Interprets, clarifies and rectifies physician medication and IV orders, including the medication reconciliation process for inpatients and outpatients.

· Contacts physicians to verify patient medication orders for dose, route, name and frequency of administration.

· Compounds sterile and non-sterile preparations in accordance with compounding regulations.

· Monitors all patients on specified target drugs and initiates pharmacokinetic dosing protocols.
