Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate daily calendars, schedule and prioritizing appointments and meetings for PMO, including but not limited to taking minutes of meeting and action items.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

* Provide financial counselling for patients and third party.

* Administer admission and discharge of patients.

* Bill handling tasks, including Mediclaim and deposit collection.

* Handle customers’ enquiries regarding bills.

* Coordinate administrative duties with various stakeholders to ensure smooth

operations.

* Perform any other tasks as assigned

.

Requirements:

* Min Diploma or degree in any courses

* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Preferably with healthcare

* Must have done billing in healthcare industry

o Paediatric Urology Investigations include Simple Urodynamics Study with or without Sedation, Complex Urodynamics Study with or without sedation, Uroflow studies, Residual Urine Measurement, Biofeedback Therapy, 4 Hour Voiding Observation, Stool Management Programme and Urotherapy.

o Paediatric Surgery Outpatient Day Procedures include, change of Gastrostomy tube/button, Rectal washout and Clean Intermittent Catherisation.

• To perform charging for the above-mentioned investigations immediately, post procedures
