As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support kitchen staff in preparing and organizing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly. Your tasks will include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen surfaces, and assisting with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients. You will help store ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation, and may assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision. You will also help with kitchen inventory, ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained, and assist chefs and other kitchen staff with general kitchen duties as needed.

Job Requirements

To succeed as a Kitchen Assistant, you should have basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. You should be physically fit, as the job may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy items. Job Responsibilities:

- Generate Delivery orders and invoices

- Answering phone calls

- Printing, Sorting, Filling of Delivery Order and Tax invoice

- Mailing of Tax invoice to customers

- Issue Debit and Credit note

- Ordering of office equipment and stationeries such as toner, A4 paper, envelop and etc…

- Sending Statement of Accounts to customer every month

- Arrange courier service as and when required

- Prepare invoice and packing list

- Consolidate and submit petty cash summary to accounts every month

- Attend sales inquiry and process order via email / phone calls

- Process PO to vendors

- Update and follow up with customer outstanding order

- Liaise with customer of goods collection method and payment

Job Requirements:

- GCE ‘O’ / Nitec or equivalent;

- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

- Team player with positive attitude, easy-going and flexible.

• Perform Administrative work for the Home Personal Care Service
• Coordinate with outsourced partners for service quality, monitoring, incident reporting, and feedback management.
• Process Eligibility Assessments and communicate with partners to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain patient records, schedule visits, and address client queries or feedback.
• Facilitate documentation, including service contracts, financial counseling, consent forms, and subsidy applications.
• Provide additional administrative support for related services like home medical, nursing, and therapy as needed
• Handle miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O' / ‘A' Levels or Diploma
• Minimum 3-year experience in administrative work. Working experience in Healthcare industry will be advantageous
