· Provide training and guidance to facilities technicians to achieve department goals for facilities and building systems reliability

· Participate in the Safety Program and provide support on the technical aspects of safety

· Support Operations and Maintenance by pursuing opportunities to optimize the performance of the facilities, as well as troubleshoot operational problems

· Continually review and improve plant processes

· Ensure BME work activities conform to standards and work practices that the hospital subscribes to - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, JCI, etc.

Requirements

· Min Dip/Deg in Electrical Engineering/Other relevant certification

· 3-5 years of experience in project management, vendor management building facilities and/or maintenance of manufacturing facility and clean room

· Familiar with FMCS and RMS systems

· Preferably with FSM or WHSO certification

Job Description

The incumbent will work with the various stakeholders (Academic Director, relevant faculty members, students, internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process of the designated programmes. S/he will have an important public relations role representing the MSc Programmes Office, NUS Business School, and NUS both internally and externally and will contribute to the Business School’s mission and values.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Contribute to a dynamic team involved in the growth of the MSc Programmes Office
• Oversee and manage the admissions administration and processes (e.g. review application materials, organize/conduct interviews, prepare reports and admissions materials for management review, etc.)
• Liaise with prospective applicants on application documentation and submissions
• Oversee and provide support to students for admissions-related matters (e.g. Application process, Matriculation, etc.)
