Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage end-to-end fuel depots operations
• Ensure timely performance of operations and completion of projects
• Establish, maintain and review operational work scope to meet customers’ expectations.
• Liaise with authority on operational and engineering work issues
• Responsible for manpower planning and staffing requirements within operations sites
• Drive initiatives to drive long-term operational excellence
• Investigate on emergencies and apply corrective actions
• Communicate and liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in new base/projects to ensure smooth transition/ implementation
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Aviation Studies or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of aviation/ airport operations experience
• Prior experience working with public sector/ government project will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

• Manage daily payment processing & prepare monthly payment cycle.
• Petty cash management by recording entry and verifying documentation.
• Issue Purchase Order (PO).
• Manage Man-day file.
• Respond to queries from HQ
• Answer phone calls & handling incoming/outcoming mail
• Responsible for office stationery, staff amenities, and maintenance of the office equipment
• Other ad hoc general administrative duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• MS Office knowledge
• Prior related experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparation of vendor creation, vendor invoices and ad-hoc payments in Workday
• Follow-up on payment rejections and process re-payments
• Assist in queries from SSG/WSG divisions and across eServ
• Assist Team Leads in preparation of journal entries, month-end and year-end closing matters and audit preparations
• Any other Adhoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• LCCI higher accounting / CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy
• 2 years working experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably Accounts Payable)
• Prior experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with working with government agencies is an added advantage.
