• Attend to walk in customers on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed
• Provide customers with professional and product recommendations
• Ensure products are well merchandised, price labels are put up in accordance with company guidelines, display units and areas are clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor, analyze and keeping the Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager informed on the sales performance of the department and other different departments.
• Handle the administrative functions of the department such as processing of purchases orders stock receipt report etc.
• Assist Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager in conducting effectively daily morning briefing
• Assist in stock-taking exercise
• Assist in any other duties as and when assigned by the Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager.
