What you will be working on?

• Process direct and PO e-invoices, non-invoice templates and hardcopy payments in the system.
• Creation of vendor records in the system.
• Raise online and IBU journals in the system.
• Creation of deposit records in the system.
• Verify all relevant transactions received from the agencies are certified by the authorized Certifying Officers (COs).
• Liaise with the agencies on the day-to-day operations and resolving issues/problems brought up by them.
• Check case management system daily to pick up and process Service Requests from the agencies in accordance to the agreed timeline.

Job Responsibilities:

The AVP role within the market risk management department (Market risk analytics team) will be in charge of performing market risk/counterparty credit risk analysis, monitor market risk activities undertaken by Global Markets (Trading and Treasury), counterparty credit risk activities undertaken by Global Markets (Trading and Sales) and participating UAT in various projects, e.g. Potential Future Exposure project, IRRBB, benchmark/Libor Transition project. Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in financial engineering, mathematics, statistics, quantitative finance, Data management, economics or in quantitative related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in market risk related jobs, such as Market Risk Management / Product control / Counterparty Credit Risk / Global Markets / Treasury
• Good knowledge of banking and derivatives products

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.
