Responsibilities

• Managing clients in admin tasks and enquiries
• Maintaining client portfolio.
• Assisting the department head in internal reporting and data consolidation.
• Supporting the Relationship Managers in credit and marketing activities such as account opening, KYC review, prepare financial spreadsheet, input limits and transactions in GCMS, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/ rollover, post loan monitoring and day to day operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders

Job Summary:

We are looking for driven and passionate Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to join our Wealth Tradinng Operation Team within the Financial Technology infrastructure and responsible for:

Booking, trade reconciliation and settlement

• Ensure smooth trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
• Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure proper asset segregation to protect client monies.
• Verify that all trading functionalities, such as order placement, execution, settlement and reconcilation, work correctly.
• Validation of Business Requirements, ensure the trading platform meets all specified business requirements.

The individual will have opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of trade operations, and regulatory compliance thereof. All Ops functions including Execution & Risk Monitoring, Internal Reporting, LOD1 for Market Surveillance & Regulatory reporting, Controls and governance and User Acceptance Testing.

Our ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, be able to adapt quickly and can handle sensitive information confidentially.

Desired personal traits include good people skills, collaborative, hands-on, able to work in fast-paced environment with a can-do mindset.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of Finanical Services/ Digital Products Sales service experience, preferably within a fintech or financial services environment
