In this role, you will:
- manage vendor relations, office supplies, office maintenance, and technical upgrades and repairs
- orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, update presentations and documents, and handle other administrative requests as needed
- help organize in-person courses and company events; this includes preparing course materials, greeting and hosting clients, organizing catering and technology logistics, room setup and tear down, scheduling follow-up calls with course participants with Gallup coaches, and more
- partner with Gallup’s operations manager regarding any HR inquiries and benefits
- assist Gallup directors with calendar management and expense claims
- help coordinate internal communication channels to keep employees informed
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will be essential to your success in this multifaceted opportunity. If you’re ready to be part of the team and help us fulfill our mission of changing the world, join us, and put your greatest strengths to work.
