Corporate Secretarial Senior Executive or Assistant Manager
Job scope:
Manage and carry out corporate secretarial and related services for a portfolio of clients including the following:
- Incorporation of new Companies and registration of LLPs and other entities
- Preparation of documents relating to routine corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in advisory and non-routine corporate secretarial matters
- Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial records
- Filing of annual returns and other transactions with ACRA
- E-stamping transactions with IRAS
- Monitor and manage registered address service provided to clients
- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. AGM and Annual Return deadlines)
- Perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
- Submission of EP applications on behalf of clients
- Correspondence and liaison with authorities, banks and other parties
- Other duties and tasks as may be required or assigned
Requirements:
- Local Diploma, Degree or professional qualification in Corporate Secretarial Studies, Law, Accountancy or Business
- Good knowledge of company laws and regulations
- Excellent command of English and writing skills
- At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work in Singapore
- Able to work independently and reliability with minimal supervision
- Able to research on relevant topics with guidance and direction
