• Master’s degree in chemical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in chemical process simulations (e.g. polymerization, other reaction process, distillation, drying, and so on)
• Technical understanding of polymer extrusion process
• Knowledge of DCS programming and parameter tuning (PID control)
• Experience in lean manufacturing methods (e.g. 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM)
• High proficiency in Excel including VBA, macros, or other related software engineering tools.
• Experience with leading Capex projects
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC), Process safety assessment (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, QRA, etc.), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

In this role, you will be part of the Development Secretariat team to support the Hospital Planning Committee (HPC) in the planning, coordination, development and management of Eastern General Hospital and Eastern Community Hospital (EGH Campus). You will support the Deputy Director (Hospital and Services Planning) to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established program, which includes end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience)
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage
• Familiar with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and presentation software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist on dental surgery procedures
• Assist the patients on their needs and enquiries
• Sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
• Arrange/Schedule appointment for customers
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

· Possess at least O/A Levels or Diploma in any field

· Able to commit for at least 3 months
