Job Description:

- Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account

Receivables and Account Payables)

- Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls

- Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants

- Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis

- Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office

- Corporate governance in a listed company

- Familiarity of property or real estate sector

- Use of accounting systems – Voyager (Yardi)

- Proficient in excel

- Application of Financial Reporting Standards (“FRS”)

- Review of Financial Results

- Management of Debts

- Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account

Receivables and Account Payables)

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy & Finance w min 5 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in financial institution/banks
