As an Assistant Reservations Manager, you assist with managing the guest reservations function including but not limited to advanced room reservations and group coordination service to ensure prompt service, productivity, and maximize hotel profitability. • Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
• Support production operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team.
• Attend to production inquiries, calls, and email

Job Scope:

• Maintenance of accounts payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Collation of AP from all centre and keying-in to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
• Batching of AP for Interco billing, fixed assets processing and payment
• Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledger
• Running of monthly AP Aging Report and AP Payment twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
• Processing of AP Payment via computer cheques and manual cheques
• Performing accrual of revenue for selected centers on monthly basis
