• Long-term contract: More than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of receiving, checking, picking, and packing of products
• Dispatching and releasing of products to logistic partners
• Updating of records and proper documentation
• Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager and Supervisors
• Keep warehouse premises clean and tidy
• All ages welcome

Additional Advantage:

Candidates with relevant certifications, such as Forklift License or Reach Truck certification, will have an added advantage.

Job Function: Other Production

• Handling external or internal communication or management systems
• Take charge of the reception area
• Attend to walk-in internal/external parties
• Managing clerical or other administrative staff
• Sorting and distributing incoming or outgoing post
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Answer queries by employees, colleague and clients
• Update office policies as required
• Assist in Human Resource department
• Other related ad-hoc duties
