Clinic Assistant

• Industry: Healthcare
• Gross Salary: Up to $3200
• Working days & hours: 5.5 days’ work week （Mondy – Friday: 8.30pm – 5pm; Saturday: 8.30am – 1pm ）

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting patients with registration at the front desk.

• Respond to phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.

• Schedule and adjust patient appointments as needed.

• Dispense medications with care and accuracy.

• Provide guidance to patients and their families on follow-up care.

• Manage payment transactions and perform general administrative tasks.

• Support doctors during clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided).

• Undertake other duties as assigned to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Job Requirements:
