工作地点: 靠近 Clarke Quay MRT 站（步行 5 分钟）

岗位职责:

• 制作菜肴。
• 管理厨房运营、库存及食品浪费。
• 维持厨房清洁卫生，符合食品安全标准。
• 与厨师及厨房团队协作，共同设计并执行菜单。

任职要求:

• 具有 3年以上厨房工作经验，最好有中餐制作经验。
• 持有 WSQ 食品安全课程一级证书或食品安全课程复习证书。
  • 若未持有该证书，通过面试后公司将资助参加为期一天的食品安全课程。
• 熟悉厨房操作及食品处理规范。
• 能在快节奏的环境中承受压力并高效工作。

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Well versed in local building projects will be an advantage.
• Strong design capability, high level of creativity and good presentation skills and project management.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and/or ArchiCAD.
• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
• Master or Bachelor of Architecture equipvalent (Recognised by BOA Singapore).
• Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
• Location: Central, Singapore
