• Prepare various HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and related correspondence.
• Maintain and organize employee P-Files (both physical and digital copies).
• Assist with the annual performance appraisal process.
• Manage leave and attendance records for employees.
• Handle the registration and renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC, and other training courses.
• Administer benefits and welfare programs.
• Coordinate with the payroll vendor on salary matters.
• Help review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Process claim reimbursements.
• Assist with additional tasks, including dormitory management and enterprise asset management, as directed by Management.

*Possess valid S'pore Class 3 driving license with at least good ordering experience

*No traffic violation record

*Company vehicle will be allocated to you for the delivery work

*Able to commit 12 hours of delivery per day

*Able to know how to use navigation, preferably familiar with S'pore routes or goods
