Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO/COO and Office Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, while also taking on the role of Office Coordinator. This hybrid role will provide critical administrative support to the leadership team while ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to CEO/COO:

Office Coordinator:

Job Description:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the client’s full set of accounts (Sales, Purchases, General Ledgers, journal entries, fixed assets schedules, accrual & prepayment schedules, bank reconciliation for clients’ bank accounts and management reports).

You will also be responsible for invoicing, preparing GST reports and/or any other reports required by the clients and authorities in a timely manner.

Although it is a WFH arrangement, at times, you may be required to travel within Singapore to different working places at client’s office. Hence, willing to travel independently to client place is preferable.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent with 1 to 3 years working experience.

• Provide operational support to Fixed Income Credit/Rates sales desks across Asia (primary focus on Japan) covering a range of products including Cash Bonds, US Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Futures, and OTC derivatives.
• Perform daily control functions such as trade allocation, CTM affirmation, trade confirmation, SSI management, failed trade handling, and risk management.

• Assist with regulatory reporting, ensure data integrity for clients, and contribute to improving operational efficiency within a controlled environment.
• Participate in UAT and support new product initiatives, while compiling and submitting MIS reports to senior stakeholders.

Job requirements

• Prior Capital Markets industry experience
• Proficiency in Japanese as this role requires you to liaise with Japanese customers
• Bachelor degree in preferably Finance or relevant disciplines with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences in a fixed income sales support or back/middle office role
