Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle stationary replenishment, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and organized.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation.
• Track project progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, budgets, and other essential documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assist in managing project resources, including equipment and materials.
• Assist with project-related compliance and safety documentation.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years relevant experience as Project Admin / Document Controller
• Singaporean only

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.

-Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

-Follow up on clients, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

Job Requirements:

-Min. O level and above qualifications

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.

-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.

*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
