JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with HR recruitment and general admin duties
• Assist with Data Entry
• Coordinate and maintain files for ISO and Quality audit.
• Other admin duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent
• Willing to learn
• Preferably some experience in HR admin
• Proficient in English, MS office and Outlook
• For Singaporeans only

Job Scope:

• Assist in handling collaterals for the Department
• Drafting, answering of corporate emails for media collaborations etc
• Any administrative duties as assigned.

• Min. A Levels and above
• Entry Level, Training provided

Responsibilities:

General cleaning duties within the office premises such as -

• Level 1 & Level 2 office Sweeping & Vacuum for individual workstation
• Toilet Washing & Cleaning
• Tidy up the toiletries after usage (Mop & Pail)
• Meeting rooms - Vacuum & Mop
• Pantries- Vacuum & Mop
• Tidy the pantries tables & Chairs
• Washing the kitchen towel - Stairways Washing & Change floor mat
• Glass, window cleaning, ceiling board and shoe rack
• Making & serving of beverage to the management and visitors
• Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed

Requirements:

• Physical fit
• Able to work independent
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus
• 5 days work week
• Singaporean Only
