Responsibilities:

• Supporting risk management and ensuring compliance with internal and external rules.
• Provide timely P&L and risk reports to help manage trading activities.
• Produce daily P&L and exposure reports, analyze variances.
• Work with the front office to resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor and assess credit & risks.
• Assist in preparing and validating credit applications.
• Verify trade confirmations, recaps, and contracts.
• Track positions and work with traders to optimize revenue.
• Ensure trading activities follow regulations and internal policies.
• Support pre-deal and onboarding processes to improve operational flow.
• Ensure smooth communication and colaboration across teams to meet goals.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in middle office risk analysis, preferably with trade operations support experience.
• Familiarity with future markets, including hedging and position management.
