Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
Work location: Central Area - Novena/ Chinatown/ Havelock / Clarke Quay (will be based in 1 of the office location)
Salary: UP to $3,300 per month
Contract duration: 6 months or 1 year contract (subject to operations needs & individual performance)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
- Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
- Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
- Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
- Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
- Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
- Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
- Well spoken & good communication skills
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
