Location: Ubi (Near MRT)

Salary: $2500 to $2800

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Scope:
- General administrative duties
- Assist HR Manager / Executive in HR / admin functions
- Handle recruitment, employee onboarding / off boarding and orientation / training
- Prepare HR letters, documents and contracts
- Maintain employee records in database
- Process and manage workpass application/renewal/cancellation
- Manage employees claims submission

Requirements
- Min Diploma in HR / Certificate in HRM
- Min 1 year exp in handling HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
