Job Description

Registration of patient, collect payment, dispense medication

Handle reports and lifestyle questionnaires, take vital signs, vision screening, blood pressure, and height/weight measurement.

Explain health screen packages, and prepare lab forms and simple procedures.

Calling patient for scheduling of appointment

Dispense medication and top up medication

Handle infection control, keep clinic facilities tidy

Simple billing and settlement

Support in administrative & clinic duties.

Able to support on-site health screening events monthly.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare GP clinic experience preferred
• Min GCE 'O' or diploma levels
• Part-time for regular weekday evenings at the clinic from 630pm to 930pm
• Once to twice a month for 1 Saturday from 830am to 2 pm or 12 noon to 5 pm for an on-site screening event.
• Enjoys interaction with all kind of patients
• Knowledge of health screening lab tests
• Ability to multi-task and possess teamwork and good communication skills
• Computer literate and able to use clinic management software
• Able to commit to a regular basis or Ad-hoc locum basis

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide good patient care/support services
2. Performance of ECG, Spirometry, Eye, Hearing Test, Step Test , Urine
3. Testing, etc
4. Maintain medical equipment/ medications etc working order and
5. Cleanliness and working environment
6. Attends to any other patient / clinical requirements when needed.
7. Use of Telemedical devices to assist Medical Doctor/Nurse for
8. Patient Care
9. Assisting the Doctor for Various procedures ,in clinic test andservices
10. Handle registration of patients, phone calls, emails, electroniccommunications etc
11. Provide & Follow Up In clinic Patient care services
12. Use of Electronic Medical Records
13. Medication – dispensing, management, stock take, ordering etc
14. Helps to maintain a clean, safe and neat clinic environment

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in project lighting, electrical engineering, lighting systems integration, or local construction fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Effective team player.
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus.
• Experience in understanding AutoCAD drawings.Familiarity with Dialux and Relux lighting software is preferred.

Responsibility:

• Assisting with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Preparing patients for eye examinations and procedures.
• Managing clinic administration, such as billing, invoicing, and filing.
• Process insurance claims for surgeries (including Medisave & Medishield Claims etc)
• Providing patient care, including answering inquiries and offering post-treatment guidance​

Requirements:

• Minimum of a secondary school education (O-levels).

• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
