Responsibilities

• Work closely with Supply Chain various department on daily operation matters
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
• Production scheduling & backlog management
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory
• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop daily production plans and develop Oils Planning strategy for major Turnaround.
• Oversee execution of production plans through close coordination with Operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with feedstock and supply teams to ensure timely feedstock discharges and product loadings.
• Maximize refinery HVP (High Value Product) yield through blending optimization.

11. Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements and monitoring them through GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress that drivers make along the assigned routes
12. Handles customer feedbacks, other administrative issues and perform any other duties as required by Transportation Manager
13. Incident / investigation report submission when there is a requirement
14. Able to handle huge fleet of Prime Movers, and drivers and will be responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair status
15. To standby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operatons

Qualifications & Requirements

1. GCE O Level or Diploma holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
2. At least 3 years relevant experience in 3rd party logistics, preferably in Traffic Planning & Work force Planning & Allocations
3. Good communication skills (both verbally & written) & excellent organizational abilities
4. Capable to work independently and complete daily work following timeline and given deadline with minimum supervision
5. Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role
6. Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
7. Willing to work on 24/7 duty phone (rotating) stand by to answer clients/agents query on supply status
