Duties of Demand Planner:

• Create and manage long- and short-term demand plans and revise forecasts for new and existing markets.
• Analyze sell-through rates and implement corrective actions.
• Provide input on forecast accuracy and performance versus budget.
• Document commercial assumptions and coordinate gap-closing activities.
• Manage risks and opportunities for different regions.
• Consolidate business insights and understand market demand fluctuations and seasonality.
• Ensure KPI targets for BIAS and forecast accuracy are met.
• Stay informed about market conditions and promotions.
• Facilitate monthly demand consensus meetings with commercial teams.
• Lead pre-commercial reviews, explaining sales forecast accuracy and performance analysis.
• Support with analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Manage inventory projections and agreements with distributors.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Min 2 years of demand planning experience

• Responsible for training and coaching junior planners
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or relevance
• Entry level is welcomed as training provided
• Experience in using coding languases such as Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI and Excel VBA
