• Coordinate between interdisciplinary for logical connection among activities.
• Prepare construction schedules, resource and cost loaded with governance of major project milestones stated in the project contract.
• Oversee the master schedule and highlight deviations that critical enough to pay attention to supervisor/project management team.
• Coordinate with Contract Engineer on project progress claims matters.
• Interface with sub-contractors and client’s representative to finalise the baseline schedule.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to address issues in existing monthly reports.
• Gather and document business requirements for SCM reporting needs.
• Partner with the IT analytics team to identify data sources and design the report structure.
• Compile data and create reports with Power BI presentations.
• Provide user support, including guidance on report interfaces, user acceptance testing, and Go-Live assistance.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the Demand and Supply Planning process.
• Take ownership of developing and enhancing SCM reports and dashboards.

Job scope:

1. Demand Planning & Analysis

- Develop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status.

- Use of PSI management system (GSCP, GDMI) to analyze sales forecast and shipment plan.

2. KPI Management

- Monitor SFA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/Inventory management (DIO & aging inventory) and analyze troubled area by model to improve KPI.

- Publish weekly PSI KPI report to share the result and analysis.

3. Coordinate S&OP meeting

- Provide statistical Sell out and channel stocks analysis and

- Discuss action log for pending issue with all stake holders during the meeting

4. Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting

4. Managing products

- Be aware of PRM and keep track of sales & inventory status.

5. Inventory Management

- Monitor and check Long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level

6. Shipment Plan and monitoring shipment

- Monitor shipment plan and shortage for respective product in order to reduce supply issue and optimize inventory level
