Job Responsibilities:

- To develop and maintain project schedules.

- To perform schedule monitoring and updating of project schedule.

Mission/Purpose of the Job

Planning service market parts distribution from Central Distribution Centers (in Japan & Singapore) to Regional Distribution Centers (Dubai, South Africa) and Support Distribution Center (Thailand), with the purpose to ensure the right customer service balanced with inventory and cost levels, and to perform thorough root cause analysis when there are deviations.

Key responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Analyse demand and place orders to replenish service market parts in Regional & Support Distribution Centers, based on the demand trend in the market.
• Place orders daily if necessary to stock up extra parts in Regional & Support Distribution Centers.
• The jobs performed above are to ensure the delivery of high availability in service market parts while avoiding building up high inventory level which will affect the cost of capital tied up in stock.
• Drive the balance in the development of main KPI (availability, turnover rate).
• Perform analysis and create report and follow up on KPI performance, and to present the result of analysis clearly.
• Take immediate corrective actions when diverging from KPI targets.
• Perform other related operations i.e. rebalancing, and initial stock preparation.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Have minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Good knowledge in logistics and stock management, both practical and theoretical.
• Analytical and have holistic view on end-to-end supply chain and logistical set up.
• Demonstrable database management and inventory management experience.
• Good understanding of dealer operation and retail processes.
• Coaching and pedagogical skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong cross-functional team player.
• Able to take initiatives and have a drive forward simultaneously.
• Business level in English communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Scope:

• Update fortnightly stock reports and distribute to the business
• Update sales staff on stock availability in Warehouses
• Manage inventory levels between warehouses in China, UK, Netherlands, Dubai
• Create stock shipments and organise transportation – liaise with Finance
• Liaise with hauliers and negotiate costs
• Track shipments between warehouses and from suppliers
• Raise and manage purchase orders from suppliers and sister companies
• Adhoc reporting
• Adhoc stock management duties – Liaise with warehouses
• Manage and update product data
• Synchronise warehouse stocks and system stocks
• Manage Amazon orders
• Help with supply chain system upgrade
• Run reports for management
• Help with sales order when required (transport declarations, etc)

Additional Duties

• Diploma / Degree in any business-related disciplines
• Experience in managing stock
• Time management skills with a can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Able to manage stress, adaptable and flexible
• Teamworking skills
• Problem solving skills, sense of neatness and accuracy
• Proficient on SAGE 200, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Word, Outlook will be preferred
