· The Material Planner is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. This includes monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain a smooth production schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
· Managing and overseeing supply chain activities, such as demand and supply analysis, inventory management, production planning, and order fulfillment for downstream partners and customers.
· Extracting and integrating essential information (demand, inventory, cost) from S4/SAP to execute demand and supply matching activities, ensuring 100% on-time delivery and meeting inventory targets.
· Communicating and publishing production build plans to internal stakeholders (operations, purchasing, engineering) through weekly production reviews.
· Presenting forecast outlook and performance metrics to management during monthly review meetings.
· Monitoring performance metrics regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participating in ISO or QSA audits.
· Collaborating with downstream operations to submit quarterly inventory flash reports and plan diligently to meet inventory targets.
· Working with various organizations cross the company, including global business partners, internal procurement, finance, operations, technical teams, and logistics, on supply chain-related functions for products under your responsibility.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative setting is a must.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, including forecasting, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivering, and maintaining optimal stock levels with the right products
· Proficient in analytical and data modeling techniques.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated expertise in relationship management.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Extensive experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and master scheduling; familiarity with S4 is a plus.
· Proven leadership abilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and management.
