Requirements

• Minimum Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage many clients, meetings, and deadlines
• Ability to prioritize time and adjust schedules as needed
• Basic technical and computer skills to use a sales content management system (CMS)
• Goal-oriented and commission-driven

Job Description:

• Fabricate, assemble and install ship components accordingly to blueprints and specifications.
• Weld ship components together using a variety of welding processess.
• Repair damaged ships, cut and shape metal plates and beams.
• Operate power tools and machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and scematics.
• Oversee the day to day activities of all shipbuilding and repair tradespeople.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
