Experience

Language

• Perform cleaning tasks such as toilet cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, furniture, and surfaces in designated areas
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, consumables such as soap, toilet paper etc in restrooms and other designated areas
• Able to operate cleaning machinery is an advantage
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Working Days: Mon to Sat ,5.5 days per week (depending on site requirements)

• Assist Planning Manager on-site planning, manpower, and equipment management
• To liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• To design and draw conceptual drawings
• Prepare correspondence, method statements, risk assessment, safe work procedure, presentations, and relevant project reports
• Monitor and submit weekly/ monthly progress report
• Attend project meetings
• Proficient in MS Project and AutoCad
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Diaphragm wall, Deep Soil Mixing, Cement Bentonite Wall is required for this position.
• Must be well-versed in Singapore Safety Standards and Code of Practice
• Proficient in Korean language in order to liaise with the Korean stakeholders
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
