On a daily basis, youwill identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems, recommend and monitorpatient-specific drug therapy, assure safe and effective alternatives asappropriate, document the outcomes and oversee drug distribution. This includesactive participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/or ambulatorycare clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients ontheir medication treatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate druginformation, and provide education to the general public, patients, students,and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effectivemedication use. Your research efforts in clinical and/or translational areaswill advance the knowledge base in your speciality area.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent registrable with Singapore Pharmacy Council

You will assist in drug dispensing to patients according to the standard procedures, at the inpatient andoutpatient Pharmacy.

Staff with experience will be responsible for supervising a team to support dispensing workflow, which includes medication orderprocessing, billing, stock management and distribution.

Requirements

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Certificatein Pharmacy Technician Courses or its equivalent

You will assist and support Pharmacy operations in the supply of medication to patients and in the management and distribution of drug stock. On a daily basis, you will picks, counts and labels medicine as indicated in the prescriptions under supervision of pharmacist/pharmacy technician supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimally have GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English and Mathematics
• Prior experience in healthcare ,hospitality or customer service will be an advantage
