Diagnostic Radiographers

Diagnostic radiographers work with sophisticated medical equipment and use a wide range of techniques to produce radiographic images of the human body to aid the healthcare team in diagnosing illness or injury. They manage the technology to produce, display, manipulate, transmit and archive radiographic images. The image data is processed using high-end systems to produce complex multi-planar and 3D reconstructions. They will have opportunities to work in specialised areas utilising state-of-the-art equipment such as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Radiography, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine. They also minimise radiation dose to patients, provide care and emotional support throughout the imaging procedures.

Reporting to : Managing Director

Overview

• Overall aftersales management responsibility for the dealership operations and staff
• Safeguard short-term and long-term target turnover/results for the dealership
• Supervise aftersales department
• Manage and steer employees in the dealership
• Plans and forecasts budget
• Identifies, assesses and initiates mid- to long-term dealership investments
• Plans range and product scope
• Monitors the implementation of and compliance with dealer contract elements including Retail Standards and steers the exploitation of the bonus system
• Manages the facility
• Implements conditions grid
• Represents the dealership on site
• Negotiates with internal and external partners
• Cooperates with relevant matrix functions in the dealership

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity
• Those with similar experience from the automotive industry, who display a good understanding of brand positioning and market dynamics of the industry, will be preferred
• Other pre-requisites include a high level of resourcefulness and maturity and possess excellent communication skills
• Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required
