• P&L responsibility – Participate in budget setting. Grow and achieve both top and bottom line target as well as meeting country-level growth metrics set by senior leadership.
• Sales Development- Take a strong lead and hands-on approach in business development and sales; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of sales team; effectively lead sales team to grow the business, expand sales network and reach revenue targets.
• Implementing Brand Strategies - this includes brand building, devise advertising and promotional plans, products positioning, product launch, product development and global brand marketing development.
• Pricing & Inventory – Using various pricing strategies to optimize sell out and increase profitability thru managing sales mixes and focusing sales people on high value and high return products. Maintain healthy inventory cycle to reduce obsolesce and age stocks.
• Suppliers Relationship – Managing communication with suppliers on production order and constantly feedback to them market update which include competitor’s activities and price movement, imports regulation, product development, demand forecasting and marketing supports.
• Reporting - Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development.
• Any other ad hoc projects assigned by Management

Job Description

To monitor and supervise work progression according to the drawings.

Manage and execute project as per the schedule.

Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.

Knowledge in M&E and able to Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions.

To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress.

Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection works.

Job Requirements

-To assist the Project Manager on overall site works related to Fire Protection and with safety requirements.

Design and engineering of fire protection system.

Supervision of work, liaise with sub-contractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers.

Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants on all matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination.

Requirements:

• Degree holders
• Minimally 1 year of General Accounting experience, including comparing of chartered accounts.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or other accounting softwares.
• Proficient in Excel (e.g.: Pivot Table, V-Look Up). Tech Savvy

• Review chart of accounts and account charging.
• Master data mapping of contract items in SAP. Conduct database checks and accuracy tallying of data.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and cost accounting reports
• General accounting functions reporting for cost, inventory, and financial risk.
