Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Assistant Secretary General (ASG) of the Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) holds a critical role in supporting the overall management and success of the organization. The ASG is responsible for a diverse range of accountabilities, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of key initiatives.

Responsibilities / Activities

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

a. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the SNPC's mission and goals.

b. Collaborate with the Secretary General and other stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.

General Administration:

a. Support the Secretary General in the day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the SNPC.

b. Oversee operational processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Coordination and Liaison:

a. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments within the SNPC.

b. Act as a liaison between the SNPC and external organizations such as the International Paralympic Committees, International Federations, etc fostering positive relationships.

Event Management:

b. Coordinate logistics, communication, and stakeholder engagement for events.

Representation:

Communication Management:
