Responsibilities:

*Assist in planing and coordinationg production schedules to fulfill customer demands

*Monitor and improve production process to enhance efficiency and minimize waste

*Ensure compliance with FSMS, SFA Regulations and environmental standards

*Analyze production data, report on performance metrics and identify improvement

areas

*Aid in inventory management to maintain adequate supply levels for uninterrupated

production

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field is required

*Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations,

with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity

*Storng knowledge of Manufacturing processes, equipment and

quality control standards

*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to

motivate and manage diverse teams

Job Description:

· Supervise and manage daily site operations, including the performance and efficiency of workers.

· Collaborate with team members, plan, organize, and allocate tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.

· Performs packing duties of goods (machine/components) into wooden crate/carton boxes, ensuring adherence to measurement and quality standards.

· Responsible for manually carrying and transferring parts into packaging boxes for protective packing.

· Conduct quality checks on packed items to confirm compliance with customer and company requirements.

· Perform and supervise the use of equipment such as air nailers and measurement tools / techniques to ensure precision in packing.

· Ensure goods are packed proficiently, accurately and safely within the wooden crate/carton box.

· Train and mentor team members on packing techniques, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.

· Create stencil markings and ensure proper labelling on all crates and boxes.

· Maintain accurate records of packaged products.

· Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in packing operations.

· Proficient in using measurement tools / knowledge to ensure accurate and precise packing dimensions.

· Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of operational experience.

· Experience with air nailer and required to wear coveralls and PPE during work.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

· Computer literacy

· Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

· Working hour:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Saturday, 7:00am to 2:30pm
