Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for daily operations including receiving, storing, picking &packing

· Assist in loading containers & scanning cargo

· Receiving goods and picking outgoing goods

· Prepare delivery orders by arranging cargo and placing them in the delivery area

Job Overview:

• Responsible for executing financial and accounting operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed promptly and accurately in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with customers. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely updates for all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the General Practitioners First (GPFirst) programme. Apart from attending to GPFirst-related enquiries from patients and GP clinics, you will review referrals received under the programme, assist in data collation, and prepare reports for quality improvement purposes. You will also perform secretariat duties, handle procurement-related matters and be involved in various initiatives to drive public awareness of the programme.
