Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Identify and analyse customer requirements from market trends
2. Collect and build the relationship with customers
3. Build Sales, Purchase, Administrate Team for normal operations
4. Set the sales goals and create sales plan to implement & achieve the goals
5. Manage the company and all employees to accomplish good operation

Qualification

1. Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Chinese and English
2. At least 8 years of work experience of Sales and Marketing
3. Familiar with non-ferrous metals and scrap market
4. Experience in leadership and building up the team/department
5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees of different backgrounds and levels
6. Excellent ability to handle complex issues and challenges, and ability to manage risk and crisis
7. Prefer candidate with China working experience

Monthly Salary: SGD 7500- SGD 9000
