Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress.

Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection works.

Job Requirements

-To assist the Project Manager on overall site works related to Fire Protection and with safety requirements.

Design and engineering of fire protection system.

Supervision of work, liaise with sub-contractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers.

Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants on all matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination.

Need to have class 3 manual driving license and forklift license.

Salary range $2,300 - $2,900 depending on his experience and working attitude/aptitude/any other skills (eg electrical/plumbing (technical skills)
