Service Excellence:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from insurance customers promptly
• Provide the end-to-end customer service required to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage, and claims processes

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for marine operations (stores and vessel spares), ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the procurement of marine-related goods and services, including ship spare parts, equipment, provisions and other operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CIPS) in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management within the marine industry (Vessel spares, stores, provisions) with a proven track record of leadership and cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of marine operations, shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance contracts, as well as international maritime regulations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
