Description

Job Title: General Cleaner （$1,200 to $2,000）

Report to: IT & General Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cleanliness of the building compound (interior and exterior)

• Handle basic gardening such as watering of plant and removing of dead/ dried leaves

• Maintenance and trimming of grass along exterior building compound on a regular basis

• Handling of Grass Trimming Machine

• Maintain building’s public and warehouse area’s toilet cleanliness

• Maintain and polishing of exterior glass as and when needed

• Daily disposal of rubbish for warehouse, logistics, service center and common area

• Ad Hoc job requested by Facilities Manager/ Immediate Superior

Requirements:

• At least a primary level education.

• 1 year working experience in related field.

Supervise team of wokers to plan and execute the job within schedule.

Knowledge of troubleshoting rotary equipments and working machineries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring client’s payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects
• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial and inventory reports to management
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department to prepare quotations
• Assist in project delivery by receiving client’s purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing and maintenance, responding to client’s requests where necessary
• Assist in preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with clients
• Other ad-hoc duties when required or as instructed

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with 1-2 years relevant experience
