Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources

· HR Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies, maintaining best practices in HR management.

· Management: Oversee and approve payment-related HR activities, such as payroll. Play a key role in the annual increment and bonus exercises, with assistance from a Senior HR Officer.

Summary:

To assist General Manger and coordinate business between departments and serve concurrently as Supervisor of self-inspections of internal control system, Supervisor of AML/CFT, Compliance Contact Officer to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and the Head Office, Internal Ethics Officer, and personnel officer of the Branch.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and guide banking staff in their day-to-day operations and tasks.
