Job Responsibility:

• Coordinating and supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets for insurance policies and products.

• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing insurance policies, quotes, and applications.

• Responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy details, claims, and related issues.

• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, records, and customer databases in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with team to gather required information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing paperwork, filing, and documentation.

• Collaborating with other Insurer departments, such as underwriting, claims, and

• marketing, to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.

• Attending and participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.

• Maintaining knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends to effectively promote them to customers and agents.

• Perform basic office management tasks such as replenishment of stationaries, printers etc.

• Any other adhoc administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level

• Candidate must possess strong positive energy, determined and have a passion to pursue quality and success. The candidate should also be driven, self-motivated, willing to learn and can excel with minimal supervision.

• Good with Microsoft Office Suites such as Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Candidate must have a good appreciate of Privacy.

• Training and support provided.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

Responsibilities:

Sales

• To analyse current sales position and plan forecast with management
• Outline and drive seasonal activations and strategies to achieve sales targets set
• Communicate necessary sales targets and strategies to team to drive sales
• Along with forecast, to plan budgets and expenditure i.e. manpower, welfare, marketing activities

Studio Management and Operations

• To ensure studio operates effectively daily
• To plan, communicate and develop personnel in the roles required for effective operations
• To build systems and develop a positive work culture, aligned with management, within the studio environment.
• To ensure the studio space is upkept daily.

Team Management and Training

• To put together and develop a team that is aligned with the brand goals and values.
• To conduct informal and formal reviews with the team to ensure gaps are filled, knowledge is shared and goals are aligned.
• To provide necessary mentorship and guidance to the team
• To propose, plan, budget training for the team to develop creative and technical abilities.

Brand Marketing

• To identify and propose marketing activation that strengthens the brand and enhances the sales position.
• To work alongside the brand team in brainstorming, planning and executing activations.

Business Development

• To know the business and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, to effectively develop it further.
• To plan and activate sales strategies for brand growth and corporate account acquisition.
• To know market conditions, consumer trends closely, to identify potential business opportunities for the brand.

• Working Location: Woodlands (Will have to travel out to clients from their own homes)
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm (Tuesdays Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
• Follow the prescribed cleaning schedules and routines, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet organizational standards.
