Job Summary

Responsible for daily procurement operations, procurement process, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and optimizing the utilization of Ariba System to streamline purchasing operations

Job Requirement:

• 5-6 years of experience in procurement. Experience in IT procurement, Healthcare industry, formulation and review of procurement policies and procedures are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Ariba system management, including experience with purchase to order, source to contract management, and supplier collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, Evaluation, Contracting and vendor management.
• Utilize the Ariba system to create purchase orders, manage contracts, and track procurement activities.
