• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and admin support including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage delivery of assigned projects
2. Support engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses
3. Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite) to identify areas of improvements and provide recommendations for growth
4. Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations incollaboration with the client's team members

The Ideal Candidate Should:
