The incumbent will act as one of the faculty liaisons at Science Dean’s Office for the Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes’ rapid expansion. The dedicated person will help to ensure the smooth delivery of the sought-after self-financing programmes and ensure their service standard. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. He/ she is required to work with the rest of the Academy team to drive, support and facilitate transformative learning initiatives, with the view to build a high performing, agile and future-ready health tech workforce in Synapxe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Streamline and set up a strong learning delivery structure for the Academy operations which will enable a good employee experience and is productive.
• Review the Learning and Development Policy to ensure that the policy is updated in line with the learning philosophies and operating model.
• Establish a set of standard operating procedures that will serve as knowledge management and guide for all key learning operations.
• Monitor and track learning budget utilisation, timely completion of mandatory programmes by staff as well as report learning metrics to the various business units and at the organisational level

• Review and establish a common set of contractual terms with external learning vendors and contracting process, which will guide the procurement of learning support and vendor management across the entire Academy team.
