• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. The Operations Manager role works with the Account Director. The role is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, managing the service delivery team, delivering key operational initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.
